Shipping & Rush Delivery

Our Primary shipping carrier is USPS for Domestic and International orders.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates are 5-7 business days for Domestic , 7-10 business days for International.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are fixed rates.

If  you chose any of our custom made loc extension items, please keep in mind that our loc extension products are hand made. We appreciate your patience in allowing us to make your custom locs with love and care. In order to make sure your locs are  of the highest quality , don't be alarmed if your locs are delayed within 1-3 days of the fulfillment time. Since we customise each order at no charge , ( such as special dye job , special loc shape or length) these may take extra time. We are not as fast as Amazon , but your locs will be a work of art you can be proud of for years.

Exchange & Returns Policy

All sales and deposits for Loc Extensions/weft products/accessories are final. Refund request must be made with in 36 hours of your order dateEspecially, because we cannot sell the locs to anyone else after they are custom made for you. 

If you've had a change of heart , please reach out to our team as soon as possible to request your refund.  We respectfully ask clients to be mindful that loc extensions products are hand made to order, refund requests made after 36 hours from order date will be charged a restocking fee of 50% of the original order.

Because of the long hours ,resources and cost of making our custom locs, we guarantee our work and will correct any errors, you have ,  however as a small company we cannot  support a full refund policy, as of yet. 

If there is an issue , you have our commitment , to  make good on our product quality. We always  will do our best to fix the issue to , make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase and hair style. 


We serve our clients with kindness and we reserve the right to refuse  service to clients who are difficult or unkind. 

Loc Extension Deposits will be held for up to 2 years and an be applied to any purchase. If for any reason your order is not received due to shipping error, we will gladly look into the matter and issue refund or replacement.

You should expect to receive your refund instantly. Actual funds may take up to (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If there an issue , simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and investigated the request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
